deploying a copy of HC does not allow RAG

Hi, HuggingChat help states:

"It is therefore possible to deploy a copy of this app to a Space and customize it (swap model, add some UI elements, or store user messages according to your own Terms and conditions). You can also 1-click deploy your own instance using the Chat UI Spaces Docker template."

I followed these instructions to create a copy of the app, customizing the model used. I indeed wish to use Olmo7bInstruct.

The app seems to work, but it is not seems aligned with the actual HC. Indeed, I would need to create an assistant, and use the RAG function. The cloned app, instead, does not match the ones of Huggingchat. Indeed, there is no way to create an assistant, and there is way to set internet access.

Is there a way I can achieve this?
