I would like to know if it possible to download this software for offline use? And if so, how?
is it possible to make gifs too?
Will it be possible to choose the target when there are several people in a photo?

You can check the github if you want to run it locally. Including scipts for running it on videos and GIFs.
You will soon be able to choose who and which people get swapped.
