The Streamlit audio recorder custom component has a couple issues:

1. Uses an older React library
2. Uses Bootstrap

Since we aren't doing realtime transcription, users can just upload audio files instead of recording them in the browser.

Closing this in favor of text-to-audio; will reopen if I need transcription in the future.
